George Mesko

On Oct. 19, 2018, at Sharkey Rosetti Stadium, Dunmore's George Mesko caught a 6-yard touchdown pass from Steve Borgia, the only touchdown of the night. Dunmore beat Western Wayne 9-0. Rayshaun Dawkins ran 22 yards to put the ball inside the 10, and Mesko was alone in the end zone on the first play of the fourth quarter. He said the drive needed a big play and that Dunmore left it on the field. Kyle Harrity and Tyler Overholtz later combined for a safety. Dunmore was 7-2. Western Wayne was 5-4 and took its third straight loss.

The 2019 preview's sheet for 2018 lists one catch, for 6 yards and a touchdown. The Dec. 1, 2018 Division III coaches' all-star defense lists him at linebacker. The 2018 Eastern Pennsylvania Football preview listed him at 6-foot-0 and 205 pounds, a senior linebacker and a returning starter.
